Q) Where is Cooper’s Glen Music Festival located?

Q) Where do I park?
A) There is some street parking and after 5 PM parking is free at metered spaces. There is also plenty of parking at the city parking ramps and the Radisson parking ramp. Festival attendees can receive reduced rate vouchers for the Radisson ramp at the ticket table. Q) Are there accommodations?
A) The Radisson has special room rates for festival attendees. Just call (269) 343-3333 and mention Cooper’s Glen Music Festival or go to www.radisson.com and enter the code CGMF17 in the promotional code box to receive the special room rates of $130 per night for a standard room and $170 per night for a suite.
Q) Is the festival handicap accessible?
A) All activities at Cooper’s Glen are fully accessible.
Q) Should I bring the kids?
A) Yes! All kids 16 and under are admitted FREE with a paying adult. There will be a special workshop designed with the younger crowd in mind.
Q) Will there be merchandise for sale?
A) Yes. In addition to the performers’ merchandise, there will be an array of musical vendors with products, including luthiers and various instruments to peruse and play.
Q) How much does it cost?
A) Please check the website for ticket pricing. Special rates apply for early bird and pre-festival ticket purchases.
Online tickets are available through Brown Paper Ticket @coopersglen2017.brownpapertickets.com. Visit the Broughton Music Center (4528 W. KL Ave, Kalamazoo) and Marshall Music (951 Mall Drive, Portage, MI) to purchase advanced tickets in person.
Q) Can I purchase tickets at the door.
A) Yes! You can walk in at any time during the festival and purchase tickets – but you will save a little money if you are able to buy ahead of time.
Q) Your festival line-up includes a favorite performer of mine. May I purchase a ticket for a single concert?
A) Ticket options are only for single day or weekend pass. Purchase of either day includes the Saturday Workshops. We do offer an option for a pass only for Saturday Workshops.
Our performers come from several genres of music in order to attract a variety of fans. Often fans of one act become new fans of other other acts!
Q) Can I volunteer to help?
A) Yes! For 4 hours of service, you receive a full weekend pass! Volunteer shifts can be fun and a great way to meet new people. Check the “volunteer” tab @ greatlakesacoutic.org for more information and contact our volunteer coordinator.
Q) Will there be jamming?
A) The entire weekend is filled with folks jamming in all corners of the Radisson. We also have a dedicated instrument check room.
Q) Are food and drink available at the festival?
A) Yes! We are pleased to announce the continuation of the “Bell’s Room” as an additional stage for festival acts as well as a place for casual gatherings with food and drink available for purchase. Musical entertainment with a different twist will be provided at intervals before, during and after the main stage performances.
In addition to several restaurants in the Radisson, there are more within easy walking distance from the hotel.
